How do I get Box Climb Plus back on a new phone?
Open Plus from the top of the main menu and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Google Play or Apple account you bought it with.
How does continuing after a fall work?
Once per climb, the result screen offers to carry on from your last safe step. Without Plus you watch a short ad; with Plus it's free. It isn't offered in the Daily Climb, where every attempt counts.
Why can't I start from every section?
Chapter Select, part of Box Climb Plus, starts from sections you have already reached. Climb further and more of them open.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Deleting the app removes it, so keep the app installed if you want to keep your record and journal.
How do I remove my Daily Climb results?
Write to support@boxclimb.com with your Daily Climb display name and we'll delete them.
