These terms apply when you play Box Climb on Android, iOS or the web.
Playing
Box Climb is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or modify the game, and don't interfere with the Daily Climb leaderboard. Results that look manipulated may be removed.
Box Climb Plus
Box Climb Plus is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play or the App Store and is subject to that store's terms, including its refund rules. It stays with your store account; use Restore purchase on the Plus screen to get it back on a new device.
Ads and other services
The free phone versions show ads from third parties, and the Daily Climb uses an online service. These may sometimes be unavailable, and the game works on without them.
No warranty
Box Climb is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss from using it. On iOS, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies: www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
